Convair N73112

This CV-580 aircraft is cn #16, a converted CV-340-31. It was built in September 1952 and delivered to United Airlines in October that year. It was sold to Napier in December that year was acquired by Frontier Airlines in July 1962 and converted to a CV-580 in July 1965. It was sold to Sierra Pacific Airlines in October 1974 and then to Mountainwest Aviation, Inc . in December 1977.In June 1997 the aircraft was seen in derelict condition.
