This CV-580 aircraft is cn #94, a converted CV-340-31. It was built in July 1953 and delivered to United Airlines. It was acquired by Frontier Airlines in May 1961 and converted to a CV-580 in November 1965. It was sold to TAM Bolivia in September 1991.
