This CV-580 aircraft is cn #132, a converted CV-340-31. It was built in November 1953 and delivered to United Airlines. It was acquired by Frontier Airlines in November 1964 and converted to a CV-580 in August 1965. It was sold to TAM Bolivia in September 1991.
