This DHC-6 aircraft is cn #133, a DHC-6-200. It was built in May 1968 and delivered to Miami Aviation Corporation that same month and titled to International Aerodyne (possibly Aerodyne Industries) in Tampa, Florida and operated by Skymark Airlines the same month. In March 1969 Skymark merged with Aero Commuter which was renamed Golden West Airlines in July 1969. In July 1971 the aircraft was leased to Frontier Airlines. It was returned to Golden West in January 1972 and sold to Metro Airlines in 1973. In October 1985 the aircraft was sold to Royale Airlines in Shreveport, Louisiana and then sold to Pal Air International in July 1986. It was sold to Resort Commuter Airlines (Trans World Express) in August 1986. In August 1990 it was sold back to Pal Air International and then leased to Woolley Air in Dallas that same month. It was returned to Pal Air International in July 1991. In November 1992 it was sold to Skydive Arizona in Eloy, Arizona and then leased to Skydive in Leopoldsburg, Belgium in August 1996. It was returned to Skydive Arizona at some date in 1996. It was leased to Speed Star Express in Yorba Linda, California and operated by Elsinore Skydiving in 1996 and 1997. It was seen with logos in 2006 and 2011.
