This DHC-6 aircraft is cn #465, a DHC-6-300. It was built in September 1975 and delivered to Frontier Airlines that same month. On January 18, 1978 this aircraft crashed on a training exercise in Pueblo, Colorado. All three occupants were killed. It was removed from the fleet list in February 1978 and the wreckage was transported to Opa-locka, Florida for parts recovery by Miami Aviation Corporation.
