Boeing 727 N7279F

This B-727 aircraft is cn #19994/654, a 727-291. It was built in January 1969 and never went into service with Frontier Airlines. It was delivered, instead, to Northeast Airlines that month. In August 1972 it went to Delta Airlines and then in June 1983 to Piedmont Airlines. In August 1989 it was acquired by U.S. Air. It was seen in September 1994 in Amarillo, Texas with no engines and being cannibalized.
